Chief Operating Officer (15-20 yrs)

Looking for an experienced and dynamic professional with 15-20 years of experience to lead our Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics and Procurement functions. This individual will play a critical role in delivering volumes, optimizing quality, enhancing service levels and driving cost efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain, along with a proven ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality standards, timely production meeting volume requirements and cost-effectiveness.

- Develop and execute strategic plans for supply chain optimization, including procurement, logistics and inventory management.

- Lead the planning and coordination of resources to meet production targets and customer demand.

- Implement best practices to improve efficiency, productivity and service levels across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

- Responsible for all P&L items related to Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

- Drive initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining or improving quality and service standards.

- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging new approaches to solve complex challenges in manufacturing and supply chain.

- Lead the setting up of new manufacturing sites from concept to stabilisation, including support in hiring of key personnel.

- Build and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

- Participate in the executive committee in deciding the strategy of the organisation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales and Finance to align goals and achieve business objectives.
