Relationship Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of loans and minimize defaults.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
  
• Conduct site visits to assess property collateral for loan applications.
  
• Process housing loan, home loan against property (LAP), mortgage loans, and other financial products.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on housing finance or personal loans.
  
• Strong understanding of HL/LAP/Mortgage Loans/Home Loans/Sales principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
