Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective lead generation, client relationship management, and new customer acquisition.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue growth, improve market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to home loans, housing finance, lap (land acquisition loan), mortgage loans against property (LAP), HL (home loans), and other financial products.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in Home Loans & Mortgages.
  
• Strong understanding of housing finance concepts such as LAP (Land Acquisition Loan) and MORTGAGE LOANS AGAINST PROPERTY (LAP).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
