Role & responsibilities
1. Liaising of internal Department for effective project management and control of Processes.
2. Review and Analyze all Departmental laid down Processes.
3. Promote the implementation of internal Departmental processes and procedures and train the internal team regularly.
4. Coordinate and monitor the control of SOPs through internal audit program through site visits
5. Coordination for internal and External Audit program for Processes of all Departments linked with Project Execution.
6. Coordinate and stay aware of closure activities and inform Project Team, QA QC. Coordinate with Budget Team, Billing, Estimation, Procurement, Stores, Contracts for Bill closing and reconciliation.
7. Ensure closure of active WBS, purchase orders, and work orders, PR in SAP from respective team. Obtain and Validate cost projections with project team as cost of completion of project and present to management along with necessary stake holders. Obtain reasons for leftover inventory and action plans and prepare analytics reports.
8. Facilitate for approval of costs post-closure and coordinate with user departments. Conduct commercial analysis of SAP closure report. Conduct external bill audits, if necessary, with external consultant. Finalize and coordinate with cost auditor for bill audits. Report final bill audit to management and HODs.
Must Have Experience / Understanding & Interest of
Reporting & Review:
Linguistic Skill: Excellent communication skill and Presentation skill and training skill.
Internal Communication: All Department HOD, Team Leads.
External Communication: Consultant, Auditors.
Industry Preferred : Real Estate. (Preferred from Project Coordination, Audit Dept of Corporate real estate or auditary companies like Mahindra, Godrej, TATA, KPMG, CBRE, JLL, E&Y, Deloitte)
