Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Visakhapatnam.
- The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, conducting employer branding activities, interviewing candidates, managing the recruiting process and salary negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruiting strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
