- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking platforms to source high-quality candidates.
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws, work visa requirements, and salary benchmarks.

- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies, tracking hiring metrics to optimize efficiency.
- Foster candidate engagement and experience, ensuring a seamless hiring journey.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and hiring demands in Australia.
Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Australia hiring.
- Strong knowledge of IT job roles, technical skills, and industry best practices.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for contract and permanent roles.
- Solid understanding of Australian work visas, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
