Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve an annual business target of - 30 Cr.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market presence and customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to enhance market penetration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or regional sales management.
- Proven track record of handling large revenue targets (- 30 Cr+ annually).
- Prior experience in Proptech, Telecom, Logistics, or SME Lending is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive business growth.
