About the Role :
4th Orbit is hiring a B2B Sales Head for one of our esteemed clients, a fast-growing company . This is a leadership role for an experienced sales professional who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust B2B sales strategy aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by expanding the company's client base and forging strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Key Account Management: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Revenue Ownership: Own the P&L for the B2B sales vertical and drive consistent revenue performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, generate insights, and present regular reports to leadership.
Key Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum 5 years of Field Sales/Direct Sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals in a competitive B2B environment.
- Should have managed a revenue target of - 25 CR annually with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding goals.
- 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development in a fast-paced industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in scaling sales teams.
- Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
