The National Sales Head will play a pivotal leadership role in driving sales performance and revenue growth for the company.
He/she will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies that align with organizational objectives, while leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: As the National Sales Head, you will take charge of the entire sales process, from lead generation and client acquisition to business development, driving revenue growth on a national scale.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets, ensuring they align with the company's overall goals and vision.
- Market Intelligence & Insights: By providing actionable market insights and data, you will help shape marketing and promotional strategies that effectively meet customer needs.
- Team Leadership & Development: You will lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet performance targets while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Client Relationship Management: Your focus on delivering exceptional service will help maintain strong client relationships, drive long-term loyalty, and generate referrals, establishing the company as a market leader.
- Performance Monitoring & Growth: You will track and assess key metrics, including territory coverage, revenue, and market share, ensuring consistent growth and success.
- Business Expansion & Partnerships: Lastly, you will identify and secure new projects and partnerships across regions, expanding the company's market presence and portfolio.
Education:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute .
Communication:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas effectively.
Leadership:
- A track record of strong leadership in crafting and executing strategic plans to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
- Skilled in leading, motivating, and empowering diverse, high-performing sales teams to consistently exceed objectives and drive business growth.
- Adept at fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across all levels of the team.
