About the Role:
We are looking for a Cluster Sales manager to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and lead strategic partnerships in the Pro. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Digital Ad Sales, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue & Growth Management - Handle a portfolio of - 1-2 Cr/month, ensuring 70% renewals and driving 30% revenue growth.
- Key Account Management - Develop and nurture relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Strategic Business Planning - Identify new opportunities, upsell solutions, and maximize account value.
- Escalation & Risk Management - Handle client escalations effectively to ensure seamless business operations.
- Data-Driven Execution - Use insights and analytics to drive business decisions and optimize performance.
Who Should Apply ?
- Experience: 4-10 years in B2B Sales, Digital Ad Sales, or Business Growth roles.
- 2 Years of Full time MBA is mandatory
- Industry Exposure: Preferably from Digital Classifieds, Media, Advertising, or B2B Sales.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven Track Record: Handling large portfolios with revenue responsibility & renewals.
