involves managing paid campaigns (Google & Facebook Ads), SEO, content marketing, and B2B

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the entire digital marketing strategy single-handedly.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns to drive

high-quality B2B leads.

• Improve SEO rankings to increase organic traffic and visibility.
• Establish and scale a growth-oriented marketing culture from the ground up.
• Identify and participate in B2B events, fairs, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
• Develop and execute innovative product marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Drive content creation, campaign development, and performance tracking for ongoing

optimization.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong ability to generate leads.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in a startup environment with the ability to set up marketing processes from

scratch.

• Existing connections with marketing agencies to scale efforts.
