Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent across various roles in both technical and non-technical domains. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver results efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), networking events, and other sourcing tools.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' technical and soft skills to determine fit for the role and company culture.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and skill gaps, providing expert recruitment advice and market insights.
• Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and manage the offer acceptance process.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of all candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS), track key recruitment metrics, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on hiring progress.
