Job Description

Role & responsibilities


1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:


  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across multiple business units.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs in alignment with business goals.
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively source candidates for critical roles.

2. Full-Cycle Recruitment:


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Oversee recruitment for senior and mid-level and hard-to-fill roles across the organization.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with employment laws and company policies.

3. Team Leadership and Development:


  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Drive recruiter performance metrics and ensure timely and high-quality hires.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative talent acquisition team culture.

4. Employer Branding:


  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's employer brand in order to attract quality candidates.
  • Enhance our presence on career sites, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Create and manage employee referral programs to tap into new talent pools.

5. Candidate Experience:


  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive engagement, creating a talent pipeline.

6. Data-Driven Recruitment:


  • Leverage data analytics to assess recruitment metrics and continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Present detailed reports on recruitment performance, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to senior leadership.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruiting tools to streamline and automate the hiring process.

7. Vendor & Agency Management:


  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal performance.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and hiring for senior-level positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in employer branding and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Experience in building and implementing diversity recruitment initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience working in high-growth or multinational environments.
  • Strong network within industry-specific talent pools.
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS) are a plus
