Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage lateral hiring for Impact Guru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, sourcing, and onboarding top talent across multiple functions, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. This role requires expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving an efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hiring across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and present shortlisted profiles to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards to track progress and hiring metrics.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in lateral hiring and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Strong understanding of hiring tools, job boards, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
