Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Executive/Manager for New Membership Acquisition & Lead Generation. In this role, you will be responsible for statewide membership acquisition, lead generation, and business development activities to enhance the voice of the staffing representation. You will play a crucial role in the growth of the federation through member acquisitions, retention, and program management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out for membership conversion through lead generation and statewide membership acquisition.
• Enhance the voice of the staffing representation through proficient CRM usage, cold calls, email campaigns, round tables/meets, and meaningful presentations.
• Build company network through retained members and activities aligned to generate interest and engage manpower outsourcing companies across the country.
• Engage leaders for active participation in ISF, design activities, and involvement programs for member retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, marketing, database management, and reach out programs.
• Sales and target orientation.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct networking events and webinar sessions.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Team player with an energetic and self-motivated attitude.
• Willingness to work in a startup culture.

Budget: 4 - 4.8 lakhs per annum inclusive of 15% variables.

Note: This is an individual performance role.

Working Days: 5 Days a week (Off: Sat & Sun)
