Job Purpose:

The role holder will be responsible for leading business development and account management activities. This role provides autonomy and complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive revenue growth and acquire new clients for the organization.

Business Development Manager/Pre Sales:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the high-level management and technical team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations or product demo.
• Obsessive focus on solving problems for customers through automation.
• Ownership of the entire sales cycle - Prospecting, Opportunity discovery, Consulting, Commercials, and managing P&L.
• Foster relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client to ensure customer success across key touchpoints.
• Drive account penetration through customer success and organic business development.
• Ownership and delivery on assigned sales targets.

Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Experience in Client Handling and presentations or Demos to the client.
• Preferred - experience in technology sales.
• Aspiration to drive growth for the business.
• Cold calling experience in IT industry
• Understanding of B2B and technology sales to Fortune 500 clients and large domestic MNCs.
• Comfortable working with C-level executives within clients.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
