- Managing & Growing the 1P Business: Overseeing and expanding the 1P business within the Bangalore city cluster (~900 stores).
- Increasing Customer Penetration: Driving initiatives for increasing both online and offline sales of 1P products and services.
- Maintaining Relations with Key Partners: Cultivating excellent relationships with 1P partners, key suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Tracking & Improving KPIs: Monitoring KPIs at store, zone, and city levels, and taking corrective actions to improve them.
- Representing the Company: Engaging with local municipal and law enforcement authorities on behalf of the company.
- Drive High Performance & Customer-Focused Culture: Obsessed with metrics, diving deep to identify root causes and implementing improvements aligned with speed, reliability, customer experience, and cost goals.
- Be Structured & Agile: Developing and implementing SOPs with a customer-first approach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through lean practices.
