Ensuring Timely Customer Orders: Coordinating with 1P retail partners to ensure customer orders are attended to promptly, inventory is updated in real time, and all technical and operational support is provided to ensure customer satisfaction.
Performance Management: Ensuring partners meet performance expectations and standards.
Process Optimization: Developing strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Metrics Reporting & Data Analysis: Conducting reporting and analysis to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
Vendor Management: Working with vendors to ensure the best quality and timely adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with various sections of the company to address improvement areas and execute solutions across geographies.
