Increasing Customer Penetration: Driving initiatives for increasing both online and offline sales of 1P products and services.
Maintaining Relations with Key Partners: Cultivating excellent relationships with 1P partners, key suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Tracking & Improving KPIs: Monitoring KPIs at store, zone, and city levels, and taking corrective actions to improve them.
Representing the Company: Engaging with local municipal and law enforcement authorities on behalf of the company.
