Brief about the Team:

The Pharmacy Supply Chain team in the e-Pharmacy department is responsible for managing

vendor relationships, streamlining supply chain processes, and driving operational excellence to

ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships, track daily performance in line with defined SLAs, and oversee key activities such as order processing, escalations, pickups, and vendor training.
• Utilize tools like Excel and Google Sheets for in-depth analysis and reporting, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve overall performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on operational goals and ensure smooth execution of strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

What we are looking for:



• Relevant experience in vendor management or marketplace operations in the e-commerce or related industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Graduation is mandatory, MBA preferred.


