Brief about the Team
Tata 1mg Corporate Health & Wellness team, under primary responsibility, is to serve as the key point of contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness programs and client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of health and wellness solutions for corporate clients.
What will you do
1. Client Management
>Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
>Client Retention and Loyalty: Focus on retaining key accounts by delivering exceptional service, understanding client goals, and addressing any concerns proactively.
>Understanding Client Needs: Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and tailor services or product recommendations to meet those requirements.
>Client Education: Educate clients on the company’s offerings, policy details, and any updates in service or products that may benefit them.
2. Reconciliation and Financial Management
>Account Reconciliation: Monitor and manage account balances, billing accuracy, and payment schedules. Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure financial accuracy and address any discrepancies.
>Invoice Management: Oversee the issuance of invoices, track payment status, and follow up on overdue payments, ensuring timely collections.
>Reporting: Generate regular financial and performance reports for clients, including usage, billing, and other key metrics to provide transparency and reinforce trust.
3. Operations Management
>Service Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (such as Legal, finance, Product and customer support) to ensure that services are delivered accurately and on time.
>Policy and Process Implementation: Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures for each client, ensuring adherence to timelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
>Problem Resolution: Address operational challenges, resolve service issues, and troubleshoot any problems to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Stakeholder Management
>Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., product, finance, customer service) to align on client goals and deliver a cohesive service experience.
>Communication with Senior Management: Keep senior management informed about the status of key accounts, potential risks, and opportunities for growth.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting
>Account Performance Monitoring: Track client account performance, including service usage, feedback, and financial metrics, to ensure targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
>Data-Driven Insights: Analyze client data and provide insights on areas for improvement or additional value that can be offered.
>Periodic Reporting: Provide clients and internal stakeholders with regular reports summarizing account status, usage, financials, and any critical insights.
6. Strategic Growth and Upselling
>Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to grow the account, such as upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
>Proposal Development: Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to the client’s needs, demonstrating potential value from new offerings.
>Negotiation and Contract Renewal: Lead negotiations on contract renewals or adjustments, ensuring mutual benefit and continued partnership.
What we are looking for
1. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Insurance background or relevant role.
2. Graduate degree 5+ year of experience in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field with hands on experience with P&L and reconciliations
3. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
4. Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
5. Experience handling day-to-day client escalations and delivering client-focused solutions to meet the needs
6. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
7. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
