Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Team Lead (Regulatory Affairs)

Location: Noida / Kolkata/ Bhubaneshwar/ Vizag/ Guwahati

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional for the role of Senior

Executive/Assistant Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing

document preparation, filings, and related administrative tasks, along with regular

interactions with government officers. The position involves frequent travel to

different cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage documents in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Handle filing processes efficiently and maintain proper records.
• Utilize basic knowledge of MS Excel for data organization and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including government officers.
• Travel regularly to various cities as part of work assignments.
• Support the team in achieving operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Law/ Business administration / Commerce is acceptable
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Prior experience in documentation and administrative tasks is preferred
