Technical Executive - Production

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate, develop, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production processes.
• Initiate and manage change control procedures within the production department.
• Implement SOPs and conduct training sessions for production personnel.
• Monitor ISO system activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Issue and follow-up on production related activities to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP and GDP guidelines in production operations.
• Provide training to personnel on material flows within the production process.
• Train operators and packers on required documentation standards and procedures and
  conduct periodic training sessions for packers and head packers on product quality and
  assess training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production managers on documentation and reporting requirements.
• Serves as the management system representative for production encompassing Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.

• Proficiency in local languages and English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with employees and stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc
