About Position:


We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our Learning & Development Team. Please apply only if your profile matches the job description provided below. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced L&D Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, customers, and learners across multiple portfolios. This role requires exceptional coordination, communication, and organizational skills to manage and administer various training programs, events, and workshops efficiently.

What You'll Do:


  • L&D Executive for the Stakeholders of multiple portfolios: Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Single point of contact: Interact with internal customers, stakeholders, and learners within a defined region or program, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Coordination with teams: Work closely with both onsite and offsite teams, customers, and scheduling arrangements to ensure the successful delivery of training programs, events, and workshops, including all logistical support.
  • Course creation and setup: Collaborate with course owners and stakeholders to create and set up course instances in the system, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Task management: Manage and coordinate multiple tasks and detailed activities in a time-intensive work environment, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • End-to-end program administration: Oversee all activities related to assigned programs, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Nomination list management: Handle the nomination list for programs and work with the onsite team to ensure proper participant selection and communication.
  • Event planning and scheduling: Plan and schedule various events for different portfolios, ensuring all logistical and programmatic elements are in place.
  • Vendor and instructor communication: Communicate effectively with instructors and outside vendors through both written and spoken correspondence.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, high ownership, with the ability to learn quickly, connect, and collaborate
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong skills in Excel
  • Data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong team player who can work with a diverse team
  • Ability to meet deadlines through strong planning, coordination, and follow-up
  • Demonstrated skill in handling multiple concurrent initiatives and adjusting quickly to shifting priorities
