Qualifications Skills:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing and screening
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and social media) to identify and attract top talent
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from application to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and hiring metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for building strong teams and fostering a great workplace culture
