Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Was initially selected (Verbally) and then later rejected. In my opinion, they are very unprofessional not very transparent in communicating to the prospective candidates. There was no offer letter provided and after 3 long months of waiting, they said that I was not selected and my file is closed. Please consider that you have bagged the role only if you have received the official offer letter from this company as they are very untrustworthy in their commitments.
