Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I got a call for job…I attended the interview the lady who was interviewing me started judging even without giving me an opportunity. You can’t judge if you cannot give the opportunity. It was clearly mentioned in my CV that I was into educational sector then she was telling me the industry is totally different. Did you not see the CV before fixing the interview or what ?

Ok if you know I was working with a school then you can’t give me an excuse of different industry. I was not handling huge budgets earlier . She asked me what kind of job you are looking for I told her I am looking for an opportunity wherein I get a change to handle huge budget then rather than giving the opportunity she was judging me. Then she said we spend a lot so I ll be taking a risk if I give you an opportunity. Man just because you are hiring a person doesn’t give you a right to judge them.

Though I am very active on SM, I was not even aware about the companies existence but when I got to know I checked the website it’s pathetic with zero ui/ux.

Startup : they want customers to believe in them but when it comes to hiring they don’t want to take risk .
