I only like the idea of the application woovly. And thats the only reason I applied their.

Dislikes

They dont pay even a single penny, if we have not reached its target. Even if it is only a single difference in target, your whole hardwork will ruin off to 0. A small advice to younger me - join only if you have really wide network to complete digital marketing goals of it.

Initially I thought companies culture is very good but gradually I learnt that they do no respect anyone apart from their Managers l.

Dislikes

Everything, specially their founders, they are the biggest frauds I have ever seen in my life, Engineering manager is a good person outside the office, but inside he is a terrible manager.

Got to intern in woovly for 2 months as a SDE. It is startup with not so big team around 100-150. tech. team was also small, so has to work alone with other intern on a project alone.

work life balance was not so good. almost everyday left for home after 9pm.

Harrowing experience working at this company. Worked for 6 months and still not over the kind of mental trauma they put me through, along with other employees. Cross check with any employee who joined and left between 2019-2020. Worst company to work with and horrible bosses to work under. The CEO behaves inappropriately with women and uses crass language in office. The other co-founder takes out personal frustration on employees. Also, they often force employees to post positive reviews. Don't trust any. These guys are bad news for your career and mental health.

Management, work life balance, policies. I dislike everything that this company does. I won't mince words, my experience was traumatic.
