Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - HRs are quite unresponsive and rude, after clearing 3 rounds of 1hr each- the final VP again drilled on age-old technical questions like a junior developer not at all relevant at the leadership level.
At first round itself - the interviewer was impressed and committed to train and help me to get rolling into the job even though the HR had sent me the wrong JD with another biz domain which I got as a surprise during interview.
First 2 interviewers were quite nice and professional and were highly impressed but the last round the experience was nearly terrible.
VP came in late and then wanted to excuse himself early saying we've overshot the stipulated time.
He asked questions on an unknown biz domain when I had specifically mentioned my experience. He challenged me on Gen AI queries which are still an unknown and an experimental domain....
He gave me feedback like while talking into the camera you tend to look a little upwards when thinking of a response....I felt such a lame excuse because in virtual meetings or face-to-face one always tilts the head upwards or sideways while thinking something and that's not even a big deal!

They wasted over a month of mine to realize they wanted someone of the "aforementioned" domain of the JD!
At the end, I waited for over 3-4 weeks and the HRs didn't care to respond to any of my calls or emails- highly highly unprofessional to not respect the time of a candidate who gave 6 weeks in the interview process. They just ghosted me as if I am some junior fresher than interviewing for the director role.
