Need help regarding H1B
I hold an H1B visa in my current company. I am serving notice period and will join another company in March. My new company is not willing to transfer this H1B visa since they are product based.
Please suggest some ways to convince my new company to get this H1B transferred or how can I still keep this H1B visa even after leaving the company.
P.S. - I still can't travel to US in next two years due to family commitments but don't want to lose out on this 6 year work visa.
