Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - At first they ask to fill a form in which they ask to share the personal details and then they send for the interview in which questions are asked from the teaching background as their profile is about reformation in teaching only.
When I qualified the interview I was said by the HR that I am selected and my job is final and so I have to come for the orientation process which is just a formality and I have to be there for the whole day. I attended the orientation in which they explained their work and then asked me to do the same on their new project. I worked for the full whole day and then I was asked to leave and was told that they will share the feedback. I waited for many dayd. Neither I got the call nor the HR responded to my calls so overall my experience was very bad as my money and time both were wasted and giving someone hope and then not responding is not good.
So I would advice everyone that before going for orientation just ask them confirmation letter or appointment letter of the job cz nobody wants to waste their time for free of cost.
