Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I applied through LinkedIn. Then HR send me Google form for more details. After providing all details about me she asked me to came for Face to Face round. I thought I am perfectly match for the role so I went to Western Rubbers office in Andheri. It is far away from my home. I travelled almost 2.5 hr to reach their office (with train,Metro and cab). In office she gave me one form to fill which I already submitted on Google. Then she send me Aptitude test link where I scored 10/12. Then she started HR round,she don't have knowledge about role and the requirements. She was totally non technical and she accepted that between interview saying technical HR took half day and went to home.If she invited me for interview then how she can take half day?Then she asked me about my experienced and explain me about role that's it. She ended with I will talk with Technical HR and update you. Pathetic experience with hiring process, the things that can be ask over call (As other HR doing) for that she invited me in office. After that she didn't update me on my candidature so I mailed her for an update and it was expected regret to inform you .......
