3. Team Leads are dmy managers do not support you

Round: HR Interview
Experience: the first round of interview was with the HR , where a brief introduction about me was asked, majorly focusing on my work experience and academics.
Tips: be confident

Round: Test
Experience: The second round was the written test, which was to majorly check the communication skills. There were two questions given, one of them demanding to write an SA and the other one had simple grammar check MCQ Questions.
Tips: strong communication skills
time management
Duration: 1 hour
Total Questions: 2

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The third round was entirely technical. The same was conducted by the head of the department; where the main focus of he interviewer was on analyzing the technical skills, in-depth knowledge about the profile offered and the reason as to why the interviewee wants to have a shift in the job.
Tips: Be confident, should have proper justification for job change.
In-depth understanding of the profile.

Round: Behavioural Interview
Experience: The last round of interview was conducted on video-chat (Skype) by the CEO of the organization. It was taken in a very formal manner where the behavior and adaptability to different work environments were being focused. As such no technical questions were asked but the presentation skills in terms of how the candidate presents himself and how much research has he/she done about the company were targeted.
Tips: Strong communication skills.
Be confident but not over confident.
