Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Plans are not fixed. Can change anytime with a big surprise to employees. Owners listen to few close people and take actions on their inputs. They do spying for employees and management take actions based on such information which is not correct most of the time. Advice to go with assumption that if management not happy they will fire anytime. Ready for zero PLI amount and no increament and promotion. Management has a philosophy that new person is useful only till some period and after using his experience he becomes useless and then take another new and fire previous one. No job safety at all. Always on risk. Average stay for employees will be in months only. Only handful of people may have longer experience in organization but that too by lots of buttering and closeness to management. Also ethics are just for the sake of name. All unethical practices like favour to few suppliers is common. It can't happen without the knowledge of promoters actually. If anyone honest to job better keep distance. For location it's best organization. For that conpany take full advantage.
