For example, if you are a java developer/server-side programmer, don't get stuck with JSPs in today's world. Latest technologies like Springboot, serverless architecture, etc. are a must if you want to be considered. Similarly for Front end developers, latest angular/reactjs knowledge is a must apart from strong knowledge of javascript fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, etc. You can get through the HR policies are one of the best in the industry. Dont get mislead by others who say salary hikes are less. There are many other factors that make your life at Nokia one of the best. Atleast it was the best for me.
