Male- no matter how heard work you do , only females will get promotions and good rises, or else you have to keep offers ready in your hand every year to get desired increment

partners don't gel with each other well, the company d have money to pay salaries and incentive on time but does lot of events and trips so show the wealth of company , you are being punished if your parents doesn't allow to go to such trips in which either you have to be the girlfried of Mr Nigam Desai or you can witness the romance of the one with who he is going around right now

Mr Nigam doesn't have any value for his family, as you will never ever see his wife and other members in any of the office event but his girlfriends, and incase if you spend time after your wife/other family member he will not like it and he will denigrate. and he would want you to completely forget your personal life the way he has forgotten and work for organization.

Reward and recognition policy has been prepared as such that only Mr, Nigam's favorite people are awarded all the time with one or the other title ( Specially his girl friends)

no matter how good work you do , you will not get incentive and all the HR polies are meant to only support his favorite people
