The selection criteria is based on whats your adversity in life basis which the toxic environment which you will tolerate as there is no JD given in most of the cases & even if by fluke you have it with you. The task that you will be forced to do on the job is totally different vs what was discussed & if you give even the slightest of push-back or seek clarity then you will be threatened to be put under PIP and also being black listed from the entire Tata's organization.
