Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

They will fire you giving you the same feedback which they gave you 3 months before so even if you are improving or making less mistakes with time it's not worth it because they will find any reason to fire you they won't see what better you have done since the last feedback. They just don't want you to work so whatever you say or however you perform results will be the same. So please think before joining this organisation, if you are getting better opportunity else where with little less package i advise you to take the other job not this one.
