First round was conducted during day time (afternoon) in a well lit cabin.
The major focus was to see how I look at project execution - how these should be done and what is the right way do it.
Also, i was asked situation-based questions to understand how would I react in them

There are 6 weights of them 5 are of equal weight while 1 is different. These all are look alike. Without measuring how would you differentiate the odd one out
Tip 1 : Don't get stressed with the problem. Relax and ask for some time
Tip 2 : Think through. I showed the hand pallet usage to solve this query

Tip 1 : Detailed working and calculations of any productivity improvement project should be on fingertips
Tip 2 : Situation reaction tests should be done e.g. what would you do in a situation where workers/associates are denying delivering under the shorter timeline, how would you get the work done etc.
Tip 3 : Show your people involvement skills e.g. in solving a problem you worked along with the team and proved your analysis and concept that it works and then you rolled out the project company wide by showing the proof and working alongside teams from different locations
Tip 4 : Show your 'Think Big' skills
Tip 1 : Show a lot of big projects in your resume. Also, make sure that the projects clearly have project achievements mentioned e.g. Delivered savings of ~9 Crore INR achieved by onboarding a more productive workforce using zero-based budgeting
Tip 2 : Make a small table of achievements at the top of the resume. Use every space in your resume judiciously, don't make unnecessarily lengthy resumes
