What was last CTC?
We have 2 roles to offer to you. Which role would you be interested in and why?
CTC offered
My expectations and do I agree with the CTC?
Tip 1 : Detailed working and calculations of any productivity improvement project should be on fingertips
Tip 2 : Situation reaction tests should be done e.g. what would you do in a situation where workers/associates are denying delivering under the shorter timeline, how would you get the work done etc.
Tip 3 : Show your people involvement skills e.g. in solving a problem you worked along with the team and proved your analysis and concept that it works and then you rolled out the project company wide by showing the proof and working alongside teams from different locations
Tip 4 : Show your 'Think Big' skills
Tip 1 : Show a lot of big projects in your resume. Also, make sure that the projects clearly have project achievements mentioned e.g. Delivered savings of ~9 Crore INR achieved by onboarding a more productive workforce using zero-based budgeting
Tip 2 : Make a small table of achievements at the top of the resume. Use every space in your resume judiciously, don't make unnecessarily lengthy resumes
