Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Be very specific about the daily word count that you have to write. Most agencies often force their writers to write even more than 3000+ words/day. It is not only unacceptable but also unethical. Also they may kick you out without paying you payments. Freelance or full time job security often seems like an untouchable fantasy nowadays. Make sure they are very clear about your probation period. Furthermore, also know about if they kick your out or you have to resign due to toxic work environment how promptly they will process your experience and releasing letter. If you resign without them it will only hinder your future job application.

Finally, have faith in yourself and don't let others dictate your worth. No one knows it better than you. Hope this helps :)

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Totally waste of time. Gave my 1st round on video call and cleared it. For the 2nd round they called me to the office along with the assignment. After 2nd round, they told me that next round would be of salary discussion and the HR will get in touch with me and then no response. I kept calling for the feedback the phone was switched off and then I dropped an email to which they promptly replied that they won't be moving ahead with my candidature. I mean this could have conveyed from their end before me asking for it. Plus they gave me hope that there would be salary discussion round and then sudden rejection without mentioning any reason. Really disappointed.
