Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview process took more than a month for me, first round is telephonic once it clear, second round is assignment - try to give your best , third round is HR discussion and this is final, the best company work pressure is medium and having a very good option of choosing a different teams depend on your abilities

General Tips: This interview was a banking one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my banking curriculum i.e. Working capital, cash credit limit, Agri development Loan, Commodity based finance loan, etc.

Tips: Objective should be clear and crisp, educational qualifications can be presented in a tabular form, work experience, project details and achievements should be given from most recent to least recent

Experience: The environment was relaxed. 2 interviewers were there. Both asked questions. It was not a stress interview and I was also given time to think and answer
Tips: Confidence is important while answering. It is important to be clear on basics before learning high funda things. The answers should not be very long and essay like.
