After handing out my sensitive details, I waited for a good 5 days for them to call me and let me know that I wasn't selected because they got someone who's technically "better" than me. Why did they clear my interview rounds if they already had someone else in mind for the position? Taking my documents and then reverting at thr last minute is unprofessional and misleading.

Warning: don't provide personal details until you get a formal offer letter in hand. Even if you do, who knows when they might pull your offer back. My advice would be to avoid companies that do unethical practices like this. There are many startups out there, just apply anywhere else.

There was one thing repeatedly that she said "Sounds Good". Her linkedIn profile doesn't reflect the kind of interview she did. Also the interview was done on a Friday. I myself had to call them for a feedback. After saying "Sounds Good" too, they gave a negative feedback which is acceptable but The HR executive or Ananya both did not have the courtesy to call back and give the feedback. Bad coordination. They themselves do not know what kind of an individual do they want for their company.

I think candidates should get themselves interviewed with better companies who value them.
