Their approach is to hire at a low cost and push people to work at 300% capacity, or they consider you not worth keeping. Leadership lacks a forward-looking strategy and doesn’t consider growth on a larger scale. Recognition is minimal, and the work-life balance, pay, and growth opportunities are poor. If you think you can endure the initial grind and stay long-term, it could end up being a huge loss. This is a content-focused company that knows how to sell a product and a dream. Do your due diligence before making this choice - you’ll likely just be a short-term ego boost for them to show off to investors.
