Job Description
Community Engagement & Moderation
- Actively monitor and engage with community members on WhatsApp and our app to drive meaningful discussions.
- Moderate content to ensure a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
- Address member concerns and queries promptly and effectively.
Content Creation & Curation
- Develop engaging content tailored to our finance community, including posts, discussions, polls, and updates.
- Collaborate with the content team to create valuable resources and materials for the audience.
App Engagement & Growth
- Design and implement strategies to boost engagement within the app through interactive features, campaigns, and activities.
- Track key metrics to assess user engagement and enhance the community experience.
Online Sessions & Webinars
- Plan, coordinate, and host online sessions, webinars, and live events for the community.
- Work with finance experts to bring insightful and value-packed sessions to our members.
Feedback & Improvement
- Gather feedback from community members to improve the overall experience and identify areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in community management (internships or freelance experience count!)
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and curate engaging, value-driven content
- Passion for finance, entrepreneurship, or related topics (preferred)
