Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Community Engagement who will be responsible for managing and enhancing the engagement within our
community across platforms like WhatsApp, our app, and online sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Community Management:
Actively monitor and engage with community groups on WhatsApp and our app to foster meaningful discussions and answer queries.
-Moderate content to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
Identify and address members concerns promptly and effectively.
-Content Creation:
Develop engaging content tailored to our finance community, including posts, discussions, polls, and updates.
-Collaborate with the content team to create resources and materials that resonate with the audience.
-App Engagement:
Design and implement strategies to boost app engagement through interactive features, campaigns, and activities.
Track metrics to assess user engagement and improve the apps community experience.
-Online Sessions:
Plan, coordinate, and host online sessions, webinars, or live events for the community
-Collaborate with finance -
experts to bring value-packed sessions to members.
-Feedback Loop:
Collect feedback from community members to improve the overall experience and identify areas of growth.
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in community management
-Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and tools.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to create and curate engaging and value-driven content.
