Job Description
- Conduct 15-20 minute free discovery calls to understand client needs and explain our credit services.
- Make 300 calls per month to potential clients, including past masterclass attendees.
- Persuade and convert free-call participants to paid services through effective communication and personalized follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize scripts and improve conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets to unlock performance-based incentives.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Fluency in English
- Availability for Work from Office (WFO)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-volume call environment.
