Senior Test Engineer - Hdfc (Credit Card)

. Handle and manage Digital Banking or Customer Communication modules effectively.
. Process and manage various categories of customer statements, including CASA (Current Account Savings Account) and Credit Cards.
. Ensure clear and prompt communication with customers via digital platforms, addressing queries and issues efficiently.
. Write and execute test cases for customer communication applications to ensure quality and consistency.
. Collaborate with cross.functional teams to ensure alignment in customer.facing processes.
. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer communication systems and modules.
. Experience or background in Digital Banking or customer communication module application.
. Proven experience in handling various categories of customer statements (i.e., CASA & Credit Cards).
. Proficiency in writing and executing test cases for communication or banking applications.
. Basic knowledge of digital banking systems and customer service tools.
. Strong analytical and problem.solving skills.
. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast.paced environment.
