Round: Just a minute
Experience: In this round, students are tested are supposed to speak on particular topic for just a minute. I was given 5 topics and asked me to speak about it for 1 min. I spoke about Make in India initiative. They mainly test your sentence framing ability and how you are connecting the sentences to make meaningful sense.
Tips: Just be cool and make your points before you speak.

Round: LOgical ability and reasoning
Experience: In this round, They test you on your logical skills. It's an online test with different sections. It has 40 questions which are to be answered in 60 minutes. They categorize students depending on their scores. I didn't do that great so i was sent to customer service associate. Only very few were sent to TRMS.
Tips: It's general logical ability and reasoning test. Peace of mind is what you needed to do well.

Round: verbal and typing
Experience: It's an online test. It has different modules like to fill the blanks in general sentences, type the sentences what you hear,etc. at last you will given a scenario and ask you to write letter. You will be given maximum of 9 minutes. Your score depends on content and time left at the submission. Clearing this round is easy if you are good at typing.
Tips: Stay cool and be fast at typing.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: HR Round was lengthy and I really enjoyed answering. They test you in marketing experience and whether you have minimum knowledge about the role what you are going to take.
Tips: Just stay what you are.

Round: voice versant
Experience: This round is all about testing your speaking and listening skills. In this round, You are needed to speak what you hear, Listen to a story and repeat the same in stipulated round. It's all about listening keenly and speaking exactly what you hear. At the beginning, I didn't understand why it is showing repeat. I repeated which i was not supposed to do. I was confused. I didn't clear the round. But still i was offered CSA with Low package.

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: The Senior Manager asked a group of candidates to assemble in a meeting hall and seated us . Then he started giving general instructions about the company, company's work nature and salary, incentives and work shifts etc. so he asked us those who are not willing to work in night shift please raise your hands. few of them raised and he told them to walk out immediately. so i learned that it was his way of filtering candidates. And started going through resumes and self introduction process.
Tips: Be strong in your communication and be clear with grammar.

Round: Test
Experience: This level was based on the typing skills you have and your vocabulary . And with a time constraint. This test was to check the critical thinking of the candidate in stress.
Tips: Improve your typing skills without making any spelling mistakes . and also improve critical thinking.
Duration: 30 minutes

Round: Voice process
Experience: This round was to check the Voice audibility of the candidate and clarity of communication over phone.
Tips: Improve your command over English . Be clear while you speak.

Experience: I was in a very casual mood.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: After clearing the Versant and Grammer test. I was in a very casual mode heading to my PI. The HR representative who took my interview was like a twin separated brother of mine. We had lot of fun talks and laughs, the interview went for around 15-20 mins. And then they said me to wait. In the mean time I was thinking I would be rejected because of my too straight forward and casual behaviour. But then after around half an hour the HR guy came out with the news that I am selected.

Experience: It was online voice recognition test. It was on 3 phases.

General Tips: When I go for the interview at Amazon they have conducted one simple exam before that they were checked my speaking skills and professionalism. After that they called out me your selected please join particular day. And joined and continue with Amazon only, now I have completed one year. I'm feeling happy.

Experience: After fluently starting the answer; was interrupted by 3rd person calling interviewer, she spoke with him for half an hour making my courage and preparation melt into boredom and awkwardness.
The interview went whole while she was working on other tasks simultaneously
Tips: Dont leave interest at such situations and feel relaxed
