Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: The aptitude question was easy only but the technical aptitude test require a great amount of Detailed study.The questions were mainly from civil engineering materials and concrete technology and a bitFrom survey.
Duration: 60 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: They   asked   about   the   foundation   engineering   and   from   the   C.V.   Mainly.   And   they   were   very friendly people so the interview ran smoothly.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: They asked about my family. What does my parents do and why did i choose engineering as a Career option.   Why do join my father in his profession. And whether i am ready to work any Where in India or not. The interview was very open and friendly and helped me relaxed and the technical question were very detailed. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Skill Tips: Study concrete technology and civil engineering materials.  And look confident and let them know that you can work any where in India.

Round: Test
Experience: Written test was for 1 hour consisting of 60 questions.Quanti­20,tech­30 & verbal­10. questions  were generally from CT.few  of them were from fluid mechanics. most of them were the general concepts of the subjects that we study in the last three years.Relatively it was easy though.
Duration: 60 minutes
Total Questions: 60

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: They ask me related to Self Compacting Concrete(SCC) (as i mentioned it during the HR).
Just the  general concepts.1)  what is  SCC.  2)  what are the sizes  of aggregates  used  in  SCC.  3)  what are the ingredients used in SCC (besides aggregates and cement). 4) what are its parameters 5)how economical it is 6) what are tests on it and so on.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was a nice experience to wait for the result.Finally at the end of the day the patience was finally rewarded.

Skill Tips: The two C's will really work out:   calm   and   confidence.   they   were   just   looking   your   interacting   & communications skills. Show them you have something to offer to them.  Just give your best shot. See you people out there. Best of luck!!!

Experience: Question in technical test were from is code of concrete,transportation etc. basic values were asked where as in quantitative time , ratio , speed, profit loss question were asked. English was quite easy.only ten questions were there.
Duration: 60 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: 1. Compressive strength of concrete.
2. from surveying question was asked. Quite easy.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Interviewers   were   quite   friendly. I   didnt   even   come   to   know   when   my   interview   got   started   and   ended. I   was confident while answering.

Skill Tips: Be confident. Be loud and clear. Don't try to be oversmart with the interviewer. Show determination about your work.
